Hypnosis, CBT and NLP

Hypnosis is not really a therapy in it’s own right, although it generally results in a level of relaxation that is very beneficial for most clients.  Typically a hypnotherapist will use other therapies (mainly CBT and NLP in my case) whilst the client is in hypnosis and, in my experience, this makes those therapies more effective.

I utilise all my knowledge, skills and experience (hypnotherapy, coaching, NLP, life experience) to work with each client on their specific goals. These goals can be related to a number of areas, including weight loss, stopping smoking, anxiety of all kinds, sleep problems, habits and phobias.
