Motivation

When we want to achieve something or make important changes in our lives, one of the most difficult things can be getting started. Other times, we get started, but have trouble keeping going (how many New Year’s resolutions get broken within the first month of making them?). We get busy being busy with daily life and lose sight of bigger plans and dreams that can transform how we live.

  •     Do you know what you want but just can’t seem to start or finish it?
  •     Are you stuck and don’t know which way to go?
  •     Do you do things because you have to, not because you want to?
  •     Do you need someone to encourage, support and challenge you, to be “on your side”?

Mindfulness means "intentionally paying attention to our experience (our thoughts, feelings and physical sensations) in the present moment.

The alternative is to continue to allow ourselves to be run by old habits and automatics reactions, which we do for at least 50% of the time.
