What I do
I treat everyone as an individual and by developing a good relationship, based on mutual respect and trust, I support you as you let go of anxiety, fears, phobias, habits or other issues, so you can be the best that you can be.
We are harder on ourselves than we are on other people. But I can help you to:

2. Change your behaviours and limiting beliefs
3. Learn how to take control.
This will enable you to respond to people and situations in a more positive and healthier way.
How I operate
Typically a minimum of 4 sessions is necessary to resolve most issues. Sessions are a two way process. I use my skills, (hypnotherapy, CBT, NLP, mBIT, mBraining, coaching), and life experience, whilst you attend, fully participate and complete any tasks set for you.

I am a qualified Clinical Hypnotherapist (DipCHyp, HPD, MNCH), and NLP Master Practitioner and Coach. As a member of the National Council for Hypnotherapy (NCH) and the Complementary and the Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC) I am bound by their Codes of Conduct. I also undertake regular training, as well as frequent supervision, to update my knowledge and skills, in order to provide a professional and effective service.
